Professor Yang leads overall administrative operations, advancing professional standards and ethical conduct across the School. He directs the Academic Association Secretariat, co-manages faculty development initiatives and the Administrative and Party Affairs Office with the Party Secretary, and serves as liaison to the Center for University Foreign Language Education.
